The fine print
Shipping
We ship across the United States. Orders dispatch within 48 hours of payment and arrive in 3–7 business days. Every order includes a tracking number, sent to your email as soon as the label is printed. Shipping cost is quoted per order before you pay — no surprises at checkout, because there is no checkout.
Returns
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Reply to your order confirmation email and we'll send a prepaid return label. Refunds are issued within 3 business days of the return arriving back to us. If anything arrives damaged or with a broken seal, we replace it free — just send a photo.
Privacy
This site has no accounts, no cookies, no analytics and no tracking pixels. The only personal information we ever hold is what you send us by email to place an order — name, shipping address, order details — and we use it only to fulfil that order. We never sell or share it, and we delete it on request: email orders@vita-pay.shop.
